Behavior Let us now take a close look at the aspect of behavior. We will look at some examples of behavior, how it can be influenced by attitude and by culture, and how this behavior can impact, positively or negatively, upon your ITSM initiatives. What is that ‘Behavior’? We found the following definitions: ‘to act in a particular way’. ’ Behavior is influenced by attitude and culture. To implement ITSM or to improve processes means behavior must change.
